The property benefits from free on-site parking inside the development and next to the front door.

You can walk to Surrey University Campus in 15 minutes, and Guildford town centre and train station in 15-20 minutes.

The house comes newly refitted and features one double and one twin room, both en suite. Downstairs there is a garden-patio, a full sized kitchen, and generous lounge/dining area with a large TV and streaming services.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, pots and pans, utensils and crockery.

The property is accessed via an easy to use lockbox on site. You will recieve access instructions including a video of how to get in via Airbnb ahead of your arrival.

I am generally very responsive to Airbnb messages and will be on hand during your stay.

There are families living in the adjacent houses, so this property isn't suitable for parties or as a place to stay after late nights out.
